The Wellington Flower Collective (WFC) is delighted to work with florists and floral stylists that want the freshest flowers and foliage grown locally as sustainably and organically as possible. Flowers from WFC growers are hand-grown and picked fresh to order. We specialise in smaller quantities of the finest varieties to create naturalistic and garden-style designs and love to work in partnership with florists to find the blooms that will make their work unique.
Each of our growers works independently but work together to fulfil large orders and ensure continuous supply across the season.
We do not offer a specific availability list from each of our growers although write to our registered floral buyers each month to let them know what’s coming up for harvest over the coming weeks. Enquiries for weddings, events and flower promotions should be submitted as soon as you are able so that special varieties e.g. dahlia and roses, or specific colours can be reserved. All orders are reserved on a ‘first-in, first-served basis’. An indication of final availability is given 10-14 days in advance.
Do contact us if you are looking for something a little different or to add a special touch to a design as our growers have a massive variety of flowers and foliage, often in small numbers.

- Thursday, 12noon for Tuesday delivery/collection
- Monday, 12 noon for Thursday delivery/collection
There is a minimum order of $120 plus GST for delivery. Smaller amounts can be ordered for collection by your or a courier direct from the grower.
Delivery & Collection
Deliveries are made by arrangement with the grower, typically flowers are delivered 10.00 am - 12 noon. Collections from growers are between 8.00 am and 12 noon. Delivery charges apply and each is set by the growers depending on their location. We do not leave buckets or supply buckets for collections. Please make suitable buckets for flowers and water to be transferred to.
Invoices should be paid within 7 days of being issued. No flowers will be supplied when there are invoice payments outstanding after the 7 day payment schedule.
We appreciate feedback on our flowers so we can keep on improving our flowers and service. Let us know as soon as possible if you are unhappy with flowers supplied. No refunds or replacements can be made if you do not register concerns or issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our growers aren’t typically open to the public unless for events but we are happy to welcome florists and stylists to show you around if you haven’t been before. Visits need to be make in advance, allow 1-2 hours for a full tour and discussion.
